Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Build

  Pack your gaming beast in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to ensure the high-end components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Inspection and Benchmarking

  Once received, our master builders will inspect the hardware and run stress tests to verify the system's condition and identify any technical issues.

• 4.
  Resolution and Refund

  After passing inspection, we will process your full refund or ship out your upgraded replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
